“Arte e tradizione nazionale” il titolo dei prossimi Campionati Mondiali FIPGC 2019

La FIPGC (Federazione Internazionale Pasticceria Gelateria Cioccolateria) ha scelto come tema “Arte e tradizione nazionale” per i prossimi Campionati Mondiali Fipgc: “The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate FIPGC” e “Cake Designers World Championship FIPGC” che si svolgeranno presso Host Fiera Milano dal 18 al 22 ottobre 2019.

Nel Campionato del Mondo “The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate FIPGC” le squadre formate da tre membri dovranno affrontare le seguenti prove: scultura di cioccolato con cioccolatini, scultura pastigliaggio con monoporzione gelato, scultura zucchero con torta moderna.

Nel campionato del Mondo “Cake Designers World Championship FIPGC” le squadre formate da un membro dovranno affrontare le prove di degustazione e di costruzione di torta cake design.

“Art and tradition of your nation” the title of the upcoming FIPGC World Championships 2019.
The FIPGC (International Federation of Pastry Ice-cream Chocolate) has chosen as theme “Art and tradition of your nation” for the upcoming Fipgc World Championships: “The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate FIPGC” and “Cake Designers World Championship FIPGC” that will take place at Host Fiera Milano from 18 to 22 October 2019.
In the “The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate FIPGC” teams consisting of three members who will have to face the following tests: chocolate sculpture with pralines, sugar paste sculpture with single-portion ice cream, sugar sculpture with modern cake.
In the World Championship “Cake Designers World Championship FIPGC” the teams formed by one member, who will have to face the tests of tasting and preparing a cake for the exhibition and for the Iive competition of cake design.

“Arte y tradicià³n de su nacià³n”, el tà­tulo del prà³ximo Campeonato Mundial FIPGC 2019.

El FIPGC (Federacià³n Internacional de Pastelerà­a Helado y Chocolate) ha elegido como tema “Arte y tradicià³n de su nacià³n” para los prà³ximos Campeonatos Mundiales Fipgc: ‘ Trofeo mundial de pastelerà­a heladerà­a chocolaterà­a FIPGC” y “Cake Designers World Championship FIPGC” que tendrà¡ lugar en el Host Fiera Milano del 18 al 22 de octubre de 2019.
En los equipos “Trofeo Mundial de Pastelerà­a Helado y Chocolate FIPGC” compuesto por tres miembros que deberà¡n enfrentar las siguientes pruebas: escultura de chocolate, escultura de pasta de azàºcar y escultura de azàºcar. Cada escultuta deberà¡ estar acompaà±ada de bombones , porcià³n àºnica de helado y una torta moderna que deberà¡n ser realizadas en el lugar. En el Campeonato Mundial “Cake Designers World Championship FIPGC” los equipos està¡n formados por un miembro, que tendrà¡ que enfrentar las pruebas de degustacià³n y preparar un pastel para la exhibicià³n y para la competencia Iive de cake design.

La FIPGC (Fà©dà©ration Internationale du Chocolat Glace Pà¢tisserie) a choisi comme thème “Art et Tradition de votre nation” pour les prochains Championnats du Monde Fipgc: “Le Trophà©e Mondial de la Pà¢tisserie Glace et   Chocolat FIPGC” et “Le Championnat du Monde de Cake Design FIPGC” qui auront lieu à  Host Fiera Milano du 18 au 22 octobre 2019.
Dans le “Trophà©e Mondial de la Pà¢tisserie Glace et Chocolat FIPGC”, les à©quipes composà©es de trois membres devront faire face aux à©preuves suivantes: sculpture en chocolat avec des pralines, sculpture en pastillage avec une seule portion de glace, sculpture de sucre avec gà¢teau moderne.
Dans ” Le Championnat du Monde de Cake Design FIPGC” les à©quipes formà©es par un membre, devront faire face aux à©preuves de dà©gustation et prà©parer un gà¢teau d’exposition et une gà¢teau pour le concours Iive de cake design.
